NB. - Original Documents and a set of Self attested Testimonials to be produced at the time of admission: -
1. Printed copy of duly filled application form.
2. H.S. Mark Sheet and Certificate.
3. Madhymik Admit Card/ Certificate or age proof certificate.
4. Student's own Caste/PH/VH Certificate from appropriate authority as per Govt. Rule.
5. Original Migration Certificate (other than West Bengal Board).
6. School Leaving Certificate.
7. Printed copy of all Bank payment receipt (Online/Offline).
