Nb. - Original Documents and a set of Self attested Testimonials to be produced at the time of admission: -
- Printed copy of duly filled application form.
- H.S. Mark Sheet and Certificate.
- Madhymik Admit Card/ Certificate or age proof certificate.
- Student's own Caste/PH/VH Certificate from appropriate authority as per Govt. Rule.
- Original Migration Certificate (other than West Bengal Board).
- School Leaving Certificate.
- Printed copy of all Bank payment receipt (Online/Offline).
* 4th list of eligible candidates for E-counselling may be published on 03/07/2017.
